The projects have to be in line with the Mid-term Strategy for International Development Cooperation of the Slovak Republic 2019 – 2023 and focus on one or more of the selected Sustainable Development Goals: As in previous editions, the committee will request publication of accepted papers in the IEEE Xplore database.The Slovak Agency for International Development Cooperation, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Nairobi, has launched the Call for Proposals for small grants 2023.Įligible place of implementation: Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Somalia. Regular papers presented at the conference will be included in the workshop proceedings. Accepted papers will be presented in a lecture or poster session. Submitted papers will undergo a double-blind review process and so the authors affiliations and names should not be included or disclosed. Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length papers, with a maximum of 6 pages of technical content, figures, and references, through the submission system ( see website). The workshop will bring together leading experts from academia and industry interested in visual information processing, applications and performance assessment for all types of visual modalities. The 11 th European Workshop on Visual Information Processing will be held on 11 th-14 th September 2023, in Gjøvik, Norway the first day will be dedicated to (half-day) tutorials.
